Isn’t this a question everyone should ask himself?
\n‘cause when you have a roof, shelter and safety,
\nyou can relax and enjoy your pelf<\/p>\n
but then you’ll get bored, and you’ll want variety
\nand think inside you, “is it time for a quest?”
\nBut what you realize, almost immediately<\/p>\n
what is it the think that takes breath out your chest
\nyou’re safe, you’ve food, certainly you’re lucky
\nwhat else do you want? leave some for the rest!<\/p>\n
you look around, why your mind feels sharky?
\nit may take some time, months or even years
\nto figure it out, to see again things\u00a0brightly<\/p>\n
you can have it all, but still burst in tears
\n‘cause the truth you don’t know what you really want
\nthere’s more, there’s less, there are fears<\/p>\n
there is what you shouldn’t, mustn’t and can’t
\nbut who choose, who decided, who said that?
\nthere is a presence that we all fear and daunt<\/p>\n
isn’t you, isn’t me, nor a dog or a rat
\nbut society, expectations and rants
\nthat stuff your mind with those things, till it’s fat<\/p>\n
when that’s clear, you feel like without pants
\nyou feel naked, exposed and fragile
\nyou can crumble, if someone just farts<\/p>\n
will I ever reach 333 words to finish this damn tale?
\nI better write more and use longer sentences
\nI can see Cloudio desperate and all pale<\/p>\n
just in case, let’s add some adjectives
\nbut it’s enough, now I go back to my masterpiece
