Ieri sera, 19 Set 2009, ho completato la mia prima Dam tot Damloop 🙂 Dam tot Damloop e’ una corsa di 10 miglia (16.1Km) che parte dalla stazione centrale di Amsterdam e finisce nella vicina cittadina di Zandam… DAM e’ diga in olandese, quindi la corsa e’ da diga a diga.
